What we collect

Your microphone recordings and uploaded audio (to make your songs), the lyrics and songs we generate for you, your email address (to send your record and keep it saved), and Google account basics (name, email, picture) if you sign in.

How your audio is processed

Recordings are transcribed and songs are generated using third-party AI services (including OpenAI for transcription and lyric writing, and our music-generation provider). Your audio is sent to these services solely to create your song.

Monitoring

Our team and automated systems (including AI) may review recordings, generated songs, and usage to improve quality, safety, and the platform. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Retention

Anonymous sessions are deleted within 24 hours. Songs tied to an email or account are kept for at least 30 days, and account songs remain available in your dashboard.

Your IP address

We record the IP address your account was created from, and the one you most recently signed in from. We use these to apply free-usage limits, to detect abuse such as one person creating many accounts to claim free video, and to investigate fraudulent payments. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell them.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout and are never sent to or stored on our servers - we do not receive your full card number or security code. We receive only what is needed to show your billing history and handle refunds and disputes: the card brand, the last four digits, the expiry date, the billing country and the amount. Stripe handles this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

One account across our network

sing.io is part of a family of connected sites operated by Domain Magic, Inc.:

• AIMusicVideo.com — AI music videos, storyboards, characters, and memberships.
• Karaoke.io — karaoke and lyric-timing tools: sentence and word timing sheets, LRC, SRT, VTT, and ASS subtitle files.
• sing.io — sing or hum into your mic and receive a professionally produced song.

Your account works across the network. When you use a secure link between these sites (for example "Make a music video"), your account identity (name, email, profile image) and the content you choose to transfer (songs, lyrics, timing files) move with you, and memberships purchased on AIMusicVideo.com unlock benefits network-wide.
