sing.io turns your sung, hummed, or uploaded audio into an AI-produced song. Free use is limited (daily song limits apply); AIMusicVideo.com memberships unlock higher limits and music-video creation.
You must own or have rights to what you record or upload. You keep your rights to your recordings; you may use the songs we generate for you personally and commercially, subject to our providers' terms.
No unlawful, infringing, or abusive content or usage. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
Generated songs vary and may require another take. No specific creative or commercial result is guaranteed.
Paid features cover creative and technical production, including AI generation, transcription, rendering, hosting, storage and export. Prices, included credits and material billing terms are shown before checkout. All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Stripe. sing.io does not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers. By purchasing a paid feature or membership you authorise Stripe and Domain Magic, Inc. to process the transaction and the related billing records.
Credits are prepaid usage units for eligible features. They are not currency, a bank account, or a stored-value account; they have no cash value outside the service and are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law. Credit costs may vary by model, duration and processing options. A confirmed request can begin incurring non-recoverable compute and third-party provider costs immediately, so credits may be deducted when processing begins.
Memberships are billed in advance and renew automatically at the then-current price for the same period until you cancel. The renewal date and amount are shown in your account.
You can cancel a membership at any time from your account billing settings, or by emailing support@sing.io. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not pro-rate a partial period. We will tell you by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it applies.
Video is metered in seconds. Seconds included in a membership are provided fresh each billing period: at every renewal your membership balance is set to the plan's monthly amount, not added to what was left, so unused membership seconds do not roll over, and they end when the membership ends. When you have both, membership seconds are used before purchased seconds. Seconds bought in a pack, and seconds earned through referrals, never expire and stay on your account after a membership is cancelled. Seconds are spent when a clip starts rendering; a clip that fails is refunded automatically. Clips made on a free account are kept for 30 days; clips made by a paying account are kept for as long as the account exists.
Used credits, completed generations and delivered songs are generally non-refundable, because they trigger immediate compute, rendering, storage and third-party provider costs. Ordinary variation in generative-AI output does not by itself establish refund eligibility.
Verified failed or undelivered jobs, duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorised transactions, mistaken renewals with no subsequent paid usage, and wholly unused purchases requested promptly may be eligible for credit restoration, a rerun, or a partial or full refund after review. Write to support@sing.io within 30 days of the charge. An approved refund may remove the corresponding unused credits, bonuses or membership benefits. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Everything sold on sing.io is digital. Songs, files and membership benefits are delivered in your browser and to your account, normally within minutes of the request. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
You must be at least 13 years old to use sing.io, and at least 18 to buy anything. If you are under 18 you may use paid features only with the consent of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms and is responsible for the charges.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
